Need help with Polyglot Pro? Email support@polyglotpro.ai. A real person reads every message, and we reply as soon as we can.
You can also reach us from the app. On home, tap the circle with your initial at the top to open Account, then tap Help and support.

What to include
- The email you sign in with, or tell us you use a guest account.
- The language you are learning.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot, if you can.
- Your iPhone model, your iOS version, and the app version. The app version is at the bottom of Account.
Never send us a password or card number. We will never ask for one.
Delete your account
On home, tap the circle with your initial at the top to open Account. Tap Delete account, then confirm.
This permanently deletes your account, your stories and your progress. It cannot be undone. It does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple, so cancel that first (see below).
To delete one story instead, touch and hold it on home, then tap Delete story.
Cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are bought and managed through Apple. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Choose Polyglot Pro and tap Cancel Subscription.
- Or, in the app, open Account and tap Manage next to Polyglot Pro.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, or before your free trial ends, to avoid the next charge. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Restore a purchase
Your subscription belongs to the Polyglot Pro account you were signed in to when you bought it.
- Sign in to that account. On a new iPhone, tap I already have an account on the first screen, then sign in with Apple or your email.
- Then tap Restore purchases in Account, or Restore below the plans on any plan screen.
Restore uses the Apple Account signed in to the App Store on your iPhone, so make sure it is the one you paid with.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments, so only Apple can give a refund. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Questions
I subscribed, but the app doesn’t show Pro.
Check that you are signed in to the account you bought it with, then tap Restore purchases in Account. If that doesn’t work, email us the date of the purchase. Apple’s receipt email has it.
The app doesn’t hear me.
Hold the mic button the whole time you speak, then let go. If nothing happens, open Settings, tap Apps, then Polyglot Pro, and check that Microphone and Speech Recognition are on. Some languages need an internet connection to be recognised. On an iPhone that can’t recognise Arabic, your line is checked when you let go, not while you speak.
How do I keep my stories when I change iPhones?
A guest account lives only on the iPhone that made it. Before you switch, open Account and add Sign in with Apple. On your new iPhone, tap I already have an account on the first screen and sign in with Apple. Your stories and progress are there.
A line or an explanation looks wrong.
Stories and explanations are written by AI, and AI makes mistakes. Email us the line and the language, and we will look into it.
Who sees what I say?
What you say or type for a story is sent to OpenAI, which writes your story. Google makes the voices. The app asks before anything is sent. Your stories are never sold, never used for ads, and never shown to other users. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
Which languages can I learn?
German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese (as spoken in Brazil), Dutch, Polish, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean and Arabic. You tell your stories in English, and you can choose the voice that teaches you each one.
Can I use Polyglot Pro on Android or the web?
No. Polyglot Pro is an iPhone app.
